I have been dealing with Marcos, once again he looks after things very well. It is just starting to warm up in Dubai, and I thought the air conditioning was not so cool. So a called Marcos, he let me bring it in same day. They checked and found a small leak. Changed a seal and he offered to change the filter... what the a/c has a filter, it does! Wow, it really needed to be changed. I like the fact that Marcos and the Deutsches Auto Service Center team consider preventive maintenance, in the long run, you save money. Excellent service overall. Marcos was communicative from the moment I sent an enquiry and respected my wish to communicate via Whatsapp instead of the typical phone call. He gave an itemised quote and that was exactly the price I paid in the end. All the people at the garage were really nice and did their very best to accommodate me in the reception area where I worked while waiting for the car to be serviced. Also the service was very efficient and they finished more than an hour ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this garage. ~ Teemu K

I took my car to several different services, but they couldn't find the problem. Rahim is a really good master, definitely have him inspect your car, he notices even the smallest details. They deliver the car on the exact day they say, they don't keep you waiting unnecessarily. Be sure to get the part prices from other repair shops, I am not deducting points because I am satisfied with the workmanship, the part prices are high The only thing they're missing is they don't have coffee :) ~ Yavuz F

Very Tentative and helpful I had bough a mini cooper S R56, and a Bmw X5 E70 recently and to make sure nothing wrong with the car I went at to Deutsche Auto for a diagnose and they help me pin out what are the necessary fix. And quote me a reasonable price and before that I also raise my concern from other issue with it, and they fix the problem in instance I would definitely recommend it to my friends, Trust and reliable Garage. ~ Paul R

DAS in DIC is a very nice and huge place for car services. People are very accommodating and attentive to assist you well about your concern. I had an issue with my FORD Explorer car about the A/C cooling and they fixed it very well. ~ Lovina
